Great news !

We started working with Société du Grand Paris! We are part of a consortium led by SEGAT, along with EY, INFRAGESTION, SEMAEST and CAP DIGITAL that was selected to devise and implement a traffic & real-estate monetisation strategy (through retail & advertising).

In the team, we took responsibility for the overall retail strategy, retail planning, design of proprietary concepts, as well as advertising revenue generation strategy and management of interfaces between commercial activities and the rest of the activity. The work will extend well into 2021 and 2022, to get ready for the opening of the first stations in 2024.

About Société du Grand Paris: SGP is the project company in charge of building the new Grand Paris Express metro network. With over 200km (125 miles) of double track, 65 new stations, an expected ridership well over 1 billion of passengers per year, and a €32b budget, that’s one of the world’s largest infrastructure mega-projects.
